Minnesota author, Alison McGhee will be speaking in CF206 at
3pm on Thursday January 30, 2014. McGhee is a New York Times
bestselling author and Pulitzer Prize nominee. She has written many award
winning books for adults, children and young adults. Some of her titles
include: Shadow Baby, Snap, Rainlight, Someday, All Rivers Flow to the Sea and
Falling Boy. McGhee is an associate professor of creative writing at
Metropolitan State University, where she coordinates the creative writing
