Canadian short-story writer Alice Munro has won the Nobel Prize in Literature on Thursday. Munro has written 14 story collections, many of which are available in the Goddard Library, including her latest collection, Dear Life. The 13th woman to win the prize, Munro is very popular for her spare and psychologically astute fiction and insight into human nature.
