BOOK A ROOM

Goddard Library has seven study rooms available for quiet or group study.  Rooms will accommodate up to six people and have flat screen TV's and other equipment.  You may reserve a room up to two weeks in advance, for a two hour time period.  Study rooms may be reserved using your UCR ID card.  Simply visit the library website and click on "Reserve a Study Room" on the left side of the screen.

LOOKING FOR LITERATURE RESOURCE CENTER??

LITERATURE RESOURCE CENTER is a collection of full text journal articles, literary criticism, reviews, biographical information, and overviews on over 130,000 writers worldwide.  If you are searching for information on an author or one of the authors works, Literature Resource Center is the place to go!

Here are two ways to find it -

1. Choose "Find Articles and more...", then "Databases by Title", then scroll down to Literature Resource Center.

2.  Choose "Research Guides", then select "English".  Here you will find a list of useful resources for English classes, including Literature Resource Center.

If you are off campus you will be asked to authenticate with your library barcode number from the back of your ID (password is last name) or your STAR ID/password.

*NEW* MOBILE WHITEBOARDS FOR LIBRARY USE

Goddard Library has two "NEW" mobile whiteboards for student use in the library! They are located under the main stairwell on the 2nd floor of the library. They come equipped with markers and an eraser.

USE YOUR STAR ID FOR LIBRARY OFF-CAMPUS ACCESS

StarID login is now available to access the library’s online databases off-campus. Your library barcode will still work as well. Access our “Remote Access" page for more details.

If you are off campus and have a quick question for a librarian, get a quick answer by using the Chat feature on the Goddard Library website (http://www.roch.edu/library/).  Chat is located on the lower left corner of the screen.  Your question will go directly to the librarian at the Reference/Information Desk.
