The Goddard Library closes promptly at 10:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.  Please be respectful of students and staff. Plan your time accordingly and leave the library/LTC a few minutes before closing.

Poet Su Smallen will be speaking Thursday evening, April 18, at 7:00 p.m. in the Goddard Library Reading Lounge.  Smallen has published two collections of her work, Weight of Light, nominated for the Pushcart Press Editor's Book Award, and Buddha, Proof, a 2012 Minnesota Book Award finalist.

GROUP STUDY ROOMS

The library has seven small group study rooms available to current UCR students, faculty and staff.  Rooms will accommodate up to six people and may be used for group discussion and quiet study.  You may reserve a study room through the self-reservation system, accessible from the left side of the library website.  Rooms may be reserved for a maximum of two consecutive hours, up to two weeks in advance.  Rooms are equipped with a plasma screen, docking stations for laptops, DVD player and dry erase board.  Rooms are available during all hours the library is open, including weekends and evenings.

LIBRARY OPEN 1-5 PM ON EASTER SUNDAY

Goddard library will be open our normal Sunday hours (1:00 pm - 5:00 pm) on March 31st - Easter Sunday.
